• This App is fully offline and does not collect, store, or upload any of your personal information.
• Audio recordings you create and text extracted via OCR are stored only on your device and are never uploaded to any server.
• This App does not use any third-party SDKs, analytics tools, or advertising services.
• No account registration is required. We do not ask for your name, phone number, email address, or any other personal information.

2. Permission Usage

• Microphone: Used solely for recording voice playback content. Permission is requested only when you actively use the Recording feature, and recordings are saved locally on your device.
• Photo Library / Camera: Used solely for selecting or capturing images for on-device OCR text recognition. Images and recognition results never leave your device.
• Storage: Used to save tasks, recordings, and app settings. All data is stored within the iOS app sandbox and cannot be accessed by other apps.

3. Data Storage and Security

• All data (task information, recordings, audio files, settings) is stored locally in your device's app sandbox.
• When you delete a task, the associated audio file is automatically removed from your device.
• Uninstalling the App will permanently remove all associated data by iOS with no residual files.

4. Your Rights

• You can manage and delete tasks at any time using the batch management feature on the home screen.
• You can revoke microphone, photo library, and camera permissions at any time via iOS Settings.
• You can delete the App at any time to clear all data.

5. Children's Privacy

This App is not specifically designed for or targeted at children. If you are under 14 years of age, please use the App under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
